What Does an Eno Do?

Eno provides effective relief from indigestion, flatulence, and nausea. Eno contains three active ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and anhydrous sodium carbonate which reacts in a glass of water to produce a formula that neutralizes stomach acid brings the system back to normal.

Check before you take Eno:

Do not take Eno if you have ever had an allergic reaction to sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, and sodium carbonate

If you are on a controlled sodium diet. Each 5g dose contain 0.85g of sodium

If you have any liver or kidney problem

If you are under 12 years unless your doctor tells you.

Talk to your doctor:

If your symptoms persist

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

If you are taking other medicines

How to take Eno:

Dissolve the powder in the glass of water before taking it.

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 5g (one 5ml spoonful) in the glass of water. Repeat every 2 to 3 hours if necessary.

Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours.

Possible Side Effects:

Like all medicines, Eno can have side effects, but not everybody gets them. When used normally. There are no known side effects, however, if you do get any side effects, tell your doctor or pharmacist.

How to store Eno:

Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

Do not use this medicine after the ‘EXP’ date shown on the pack
